I imagine your illness has long ago passed, but here's the standard wisdom on exercising when you're sick: If it's just a cold, and you feel you can push through it, maybe even clear your sinuses, go for it. If it's the flu, you should not exercise. In a cold the virus only infects cells in your nose/throat area. The flu virus infects most of the cells in your body. You need your strength to fight that much more serious infection. Don't exercise with the flu.

  2. For those who don't have a 30 pound weight, there is a solution. I also don't have a 30 pound weight either, so what I did is put a few ten and five pound weights in a milk crate , and dragged that across the floor, a strong cardboard box might work also.

  3. It is so exciting to see the plank pulls again! I think I missed your Q&A…but I will ask my question anyway…When you get sick, do you still do your workouts? I am getting over the flu and can't wait to start back. Tempted to ignore my body and just go for it. What is your advice?

  4. Some of these exercises are brutal but I love doing them. You're like a personal trainer which is excellent cuz I don't know much about exercises and stuff. I just started and you're scrolling big help.
