  1. Zuzana, how many times would you recommend to do one workout? I have read on fitness blogs that generally we should not do the same workout more than 6 times in a row because the body gets used to it. Until I get your DVD's shipped I would love to continue doing your workouts so I don't lose the contact and decrease my progress. So, how many times would you say I could do some of my favorite workouts?

Finally today i just gave in and decided to do only what I could and that eventually I would be able to keep up with you. Thanks for being such a role model for women who want to be strong.   3. I workout for about 6 months now, but after I did this workout three days ago, I I still can't sit down without pain ^^, yesterday I could barely move, so this is a REALLY intense workout!! thank you, Zuzka!! 😀

  4. i've been doing your work out since last Sunday, six times per week. i usually finish up with 30 to 45 mins of cardio, sometimes i also train on a certain part of my body (of course, i eat clean as well! lean meat, more greens, fruit, water), and now i can see the result of my hard work in such short period of time which makes me proud of myself! thanks Zuzana! your videos and NIKE MAKE YOURSELFs' have motivated and pushed me so hard, you have no idea! :)))

  6. Thank you as always for what you do, Zuzka. If you don't mind my saying so, you might want to get someone on your crew to remind you about form on your pushups. Unless I'm mistaken, you've got your butt a bit too high up. Makes it easier, but that's not really the point.
