I did this workout today and it kicked my rear!
This is one of my favorites when I really wanyt to hit the legs. I guess I don't get bored because I'm too busy catching up my breath.
I have been following your workouts for a few years now….Thanks for continuing on after BodyRock. I am glad to see you get away from the overly sexualized atmosphere at BodyRock.
95 squats with 15lbs
and 15lbs each hand bout 16reps of lunges!
This work out was harder than I thought it would be! I always feel like I'm going to die during your workouts, and then 2 minutes later, I feel like I need to work out again. Maybe it's cause I'm used to working out for at least 45 minutes! I also ate way too much Halloween candy (no 'trick or treaters' at our door last night)
I had to stop holding the weight after about 90 seconds because my form started slipping. Kept my hands above my head though.

89 squats and 20lbs
then 15lbs each side for lunges
14reps each and 16 last rep!
