  1. I have been following your workouts for a few years now….Thanks for continuing on after BodyRock. I am glad to see you get away from the overly sexualized atmosphere at BodyRock.

  2. This work out was harder than I thought it would be! I always feel like I'm going to die during your workouts, and then 2 minutes later, I feel like I need to work out again. Maybe it's cause I'm used to working out for at least 45 minutes! I also ate way too much Halloween candy (no 'trick or treaters' at our door last night)

    I had to stop holding the weight after about 90 seconds because my form started slipping. Kept my hands above my head though.
