  1. Day 23 of Zuzka 100+ Challenge – Tried this yesterday. Didn't have a wall to try the handstands – replaced it with two tuck jumps after each burpee. Didn't even get close to completing one Ninja Jump – replaced these with sumo squat jumps to tuck jumps. Did the side kicks, though.

  2. Argh, I really want to do this one, but I can't do handstands, I don't think I've ever been able to do them… Practice starts now! I'll try to do a handstand every day until I can!

  3. Update: I couldn't make the hand stands, never did them as a kid so now as an adult is an awkward game of streching and silly jumping, will keep trying though.

  4. To me this is the total glory and imperial power of Zuzana's supreme training! This is my all time favorite one of them all because of the cool burpee handstands and the ninja moves. While this is really hard and takes you to the limit of physical endurance, because of the aforementioned exercises, it is total 100% fun. Zwow 4 Life!
