  1. 14:48 but I must admit I needed to make some modifications. Those pushups nearly killed me and by the second round I was rolling to the other side. Can't wait to see my strength and endurance improve in 2014!

  2. Thank you very much I was able to keep up with you, I will look forward to beat the time in about a month. I do want to admit some of the push ups I want to improve lol made my arms Spaghetti it does not help that I am around 210 pounds and 5'9" lol.

  3. I can run five miles but I can't keep up with Zuzana neither do half of the exercises right ( I did rock the sit ups though) it's killing me, but thanks Zuzana, will do my best to improve.

  4. Holy cow! I've lost the weight – now i'm building muscle …. Can't keep up with everything, but the situps – I got that!!!! Yeah!!!! I don't look at my time yet. I'll be happy when I can do 20 push ups – in any manner!!!!

  5. 20 minutes, 20 seconds… I really have some work to do to reach your level! And getting rid of head ache! 😛
    I'm sore in my chest, lats, legs and abdominals after ZWOW 1! Wonder what will hurt tomorrow, except the WHOLE BODY *LOL*

    Oh, and I used 7 kilo dumb bells for the man makers! Hard!

  6. OK I'M FLIPPING EXCITED!been getting back to working out and just started w/o with you again.I had to modify tho b/c my legs refused to listen but I just had to finish.I tried to do this the first time it came out & didn't write my time down :/ I know it was really bad BUT
    18:26:11!
    I know its not super fast or anything but I'm pretty happy about it.:D
    keep it up ms.Zuzka your workouts are the few that keep my thick German body lean
    (i got all the short stalky traits from my family lol :/)

  7. Fantastic workout! I'm so glad I found where you went! I've been working out with bodyrockers, and I wondered where the heck you went! Bodyrock still does a great workout, but I find your workouts to be a bit more intense and I'm drenched by the end. Will be using your workouts on a regular basis!! Thanks so much!

  8. omg my time was so slow 31:40 :$. Those burpees were torture. I switched the sit ups for low squats with alternating leg raises to avoid triggering my back injury. Eventually I'll get faster 🙂

  9. The difference is that the row of all those exercises must be repeated for 3 rounds . all group of exercises for each round . So , ZWOW #2 part1 has the rounds 1 – 2 and the ZWOW#2 part 2 has the round 3 , the final round . The total time (the goal ) is the time from the start of round 1 until the end of round 3 🙂

  10. 12:29. holy cow i'm dripping with sweat… feels great! i think i will increase to 10 manmaker reps the next time i do this, that was the only section of the workout that wasn't killing me.

  11. I haven't worked out in nearly 6 months, just did this and almost died. BUT I finished it. Why did I stop exercising!? Nevermind, better to start again than do nothing 🙂

  12. hello, I want to start doing these exercises but I have little doubt, someone can help me, these exercises are done daily to complete a week each (for example zwod # 1) I continue for a week to improve my time and complete I still have zwod # 2 and so on, thanks for your time 🙂
