  1. This is a little late, but hopefully it helps: You're going to follow her. So at 0:52 of the video, you see the exercises and number of reps.

    So Round 1 is:
    5 Manmakers,
    then 20 Low Burpee Hops,
    then 10 Twisted Pushups,
    then 25 Competition Situps,

    Round 2:
    5 Manmakers,
    then 20 Low Burpee Hops,
    then 10 Twisted Pushups,
    then 25 Competition Situps,

    Round 3:
    5 Manmakers,
    then 20 Low Burpee Hops,
    then 10 Twisted Pushups,
    then 25 Competition Situps.

    Time yourself to complete all 3 rounds.

  2. I've been out of the gym for three months and I feel like a sack of poop :p
    I use to follow your videos and I loved them! So I'm starting over from the beginning! (already did the first one, it was HARD but I loved that I was able to finish it)
    Will be buying the DVD's soon!

  4. I'm so out of shape but I made it the three rounds in 37:00 minutes. That workout kicked my ass but I'm going to keep trying to beat that time until I can do it in under fifteen minutes. Thanks Z, this is awesome!

  5. hey, i have a question, i want to start doing these workouts, but there are so many of it, how do i chose the right ones to have a balanced training. And how often do i have to repeat them, every second day? Are there any tips, that may help a beginner?=)

  6. I have never worked out like this before. My time for ZWOD 1 TC was something like 35 minutes! Today with this one was 27:57. Still super sore from the other day, but I'm going for it! I'm tired of being squishy and this is a fantastic outlet. Definitely going to invest in your DVDs, too. Thanks, Zuzana. You are a great influence on my health and wellness. 🙂

  8. Done and exhausted. Jeeze! I was so desperate for it to end that I seriously pushed it in the last round just so I could get it over and done with (whilst maintaining form, of course!) and somehow pushed it so hard that I managed to beat my score for the previous 2 rounds! Just proves what you can do if you push yourself. Thank you so much, Zuzana, you really are such an inspiration! I'd kill (myself, like this and every day) for your body! 19:54.8 in total today =) Bring on tomorrow!

  9. I am SOOO happy I found your videos Zuzana!! You are better than the other trainers on bodyrocktv (sorry, just my opinion)…please don't get upset, it's nothing against them. I prefer your videos because you have a different way of motivating, you are positive and encouraging and you always give 100% in your videos. Thank you and please keep up the great work!

  10. Just finished this one. It was hard but i'm trying all excercise to get better. My time was 30:22 a little slow but working hard to get better. Thanks for the routines!
