  1. And our spirit which is eternal is also with us every step of the way. Every cell of our body is in direct communication with our spirit (aka soul or inner being) who knows exactly what they are need. It is our temple to cherish and love. 💖

  2. Stretching, unlocking, strengthening, the hips and being functional is so underrated and the feeling is amazing when you're able to move so comfortably and freely, not just do reps for looks. ❤

  3. I love her quick powerful stretches! You can put a few songs on, stretch carefully, then choreograph 4-8 moves. Keep going then finish with fast walk or run for 4-5 minutes! It works!
