  1. I was going to the gymn im not a big guy. Im 5'10 i weigh 181 i lifted weights and started seeing my weights go up and up but i didn't get balloon arms. I also dont do protein and whey, its terrible for your body. Your body cant process all that. Ive played mercy with huge guys and broke their fingers. Those guys had mass and im sure they could lift more and hit harder but tensil strength is a different strength.

  2. Hate to be that guy, but you CANNOT get stronger muscles without them getting bigger. You CAN however have still be on the smaller size with noticeable muscle and get strong. But you cant be as strong as a tree while being a twig

  3. It's all about diet🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤡 he wants people to waste and watch his hours long video for views so he is making this shoet video … In short just keep ur protein intake minimal lift the same weight and increase the reps and set then do it faster each time and slowly increase weight keep ur diet exactly same .. if u give your body time it will develop more denser bones it takes years and will get stonger without bulking.. if u increase the protein and focus on heavy weight till faliur then u get bulky.. so go till faliur on your heavy weight let those muscle fibers break then eat protein and body will increase the mass of those muscle 🤡🤡🤡 dumb people not understand elementary school science 🤡🤡🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️ waching and wasting time on the entire videos😂😂😂

  4. High reps on low weight, will develop size and reasonable strength. Where as low reps on high weight will build muscle but stronger and more dense muscle. At the downside of looking less big.
