  1. If Spencer is on, I'm off. His best year was long ago. He ruined Tamfana recently. Didn't seem to do well at Ballydoyle. He is a one trick pony and his occasional wins are lauded too much

  2. I can't stand Spencer. He has cosy me money on more than one occasion, with his posing antics.. Once had a big bet on winning distances at a meeting.. I needed 0.7 lengths or more, to get a 4 fold up on 4 meetings, that would have won me over a grand for £25 stake.. Spencer was on a 1/5 shot, and came there a furlong or so from home absolutely cantering, could have won by 10 lengths, but that tw@ did his posy nonsense harsh held, won ny half a length.. ended up with about £80 instead of £1k+… Really hate jockeys that do that, it's a form of cheating, not riding the horse to its best ability.. On the other hand, Ryan Moore was brilliant.. he would ride every horse out all the way..

Spencer cost me money on dista ce betting at least 2 or 3 times after that, so never liked the guy for that reason..

  3. To go from last to first you must have a proper horse and a fair wide track. Otherwise its just luck. Before the race I thought "what a proper horse for Spencer" but didn't bet.

  4. Nice 100 back, great ride. Typical run from Mibaahy. Always starts slow and than goes hell for leather on the final furlong 🐎 thought he was done for based on the bad start which worked against him all other times.
