Jim Thorpe was named the greatest athlete in the world but most have never heard of him. When his shoes were stolen, he decided to become creative and resourceful. He went on to win two gold metals for the United States. Maybe his story will inspire you like it did me. Never give up! If your resources are taken, become resourceful.

Thank you for making theses videos. I am a teacher and we are currently trying to figure out how to resume classes. I have been relying heavily on my credit cards…no choice…and my car broke down. I have no family or anyone I can go to for help. I maxed out 3 cards to pay for the repairs to my car so if I start resuming my commute to work this month, I will be able to get there. I was told by the mechanic that, after charging almost $1,000 on repairs, my car "might" be okay. It also has bald tires that I cannot afford to replace. Teachers only get paid once a month and I spent my check on rent and bills, beans, rice, macaroni, and tuna to carry me and my daughter through this month. We have 3 weeks to go with no money. But we have each other and are so very grateful for my little paycheck that pays the rent and keeps the lights on. Prayers to everyone !!!!🙏🙏🙏

People of Congress and Senate, have your resources been stolen from you during this pandemic-NO THEY HAVE NOT. Well let me Inform you that our resources have been stolen by our government. All this time has gone by and you so called lawmakers can't seem to come to a decision on helping us. Most of us have no income and what little savings we had have dwindled and our credit card balances have gone through the roof just trying to feed our families. BUT IT DOES MY HEART GOOD TO KNOW OUR CONGRESS AND SENATE HAVE NOT ONCE HAD TO TOUCH THEIR RESOURCES.

This is the first encouragement clip of yours I have watched. I actually didn't know u had them. I've been watching your videos for a few months about the stimulus checks. I am always writing down the encouragements on ur note boards in the background of ur clips. Ur words of encouragement is very heart felt. When we're struggling, finding a glimmer in the world is how we can overcome the hardship. While being failed by some people, we can turn to growth and responsibility for the things we know we're good at. Thanks for this video. Although I’m glad to see children are being seen after by all branches of services available to them & how the Stimulus provides each child’s Parents compensation per child. But I’m speechless when it comes to Senior citizens who have worked their whole life & paid their social security every pay and have earned the right to collect SS & their pensions, and yet are being called leeches when they are considered for any future Stimulus help or if they make too much money monthly on social security & pension and are denied help because they make too much money. Pensions do not give a cost of living raise yearly and there’s times when SS recipients do not get a cost of living raise either. So what message is this sending to the elderly? Since you are counter productive you do not matter? What happened to the American dream where you work hard when your young and you’ve paid your dues your golden years should be just that secure & golden for as long as you live.

Thanks for the encouragment. One more tip to add to yours. Find your funny bone at all cost. I had forgotten how to laugh and it made me realize that we all could use it. Drybar comedy club……say what you may but at a time when nothing's funny anymore…give it a shot and here's hoping everyone gets at least a few good smiles.
