whenever these children put the 'ah' on the end of words (car-ah) it is a clear indication that they did not receive proper parental guidance. ie…..a buttwhoopin.
USA has a real problem recognizing mental illness, that girl is going to do it again and again and again until she gets treatments and medication for her condition.
putting her through the system won't help and will only cause her to be caught up in legal procedure she won't understand and just get her in more trouble.
drugs to treat mental illness should be free for everyone with a diagnostic, that would solve lots of problem especially with people who have families to help them keep on track.
