I got a couple issues with this.
1) Yes she should've been arrested
2) That cop should NOT be a cop, as a cop you have to have control of your emotions. He was acting on pure rage and not rational thinking. He blew his fuse almost instantly
3) You cant arrest someone for picking up a person's phone, especially if that person said to take it and the phone isnt apart of their arresting crime.

All this cop had to do was refer them to the cybercrimes unit, as regular LEO's usually arent trained to deal with cyber crimes to this extent of hacking. Everyone sucked in this video.
