  1. This would not have happened if an adult was with her. It happened because she was alone. Even in the 70s we had to go as a group especially if no parent was with us. Its a different world now.

  2. I grew up in the 70's. Yes we always has an adult with the group of us but, we had fun in our neighborhood Halloween night. We were all together and had a blast never worrying about safety. I feel bad for this generation. They'll never get to experience the freedom outside as kids like we did. I'm thankful I grew up when and where I did, it was a blessing I didn't realize at the time.

  4. He deserves to be under the prison not in it or the mental hospital. Nowadays these predators need to become organ donors. They don't deserve to live, so they should have to give their organs to people that deserve to live. 2nd chances are for good people not evil people
