I grew up in the 70's. Yes we always has an adult with the group of us but, we had fun in our neighborhood Halloween night. We were all together and had a blast never worrying about safety. I feel bad for this generation. They'll never get to experience the freedom outside as kids like we did. I'm thankful I grew up when and where I did, it was a blessing I didn't realize at the time.
