  1. Man everybody hating her FREE programs she has videos where she is using weights as well. I just don’t understand hating on others for no good reason just makes you sound jealous

  2. i think the only positive thing she's done is encouraging people on their fitness journey. but good lord, the moment she made pick me girl comments such as why she doesn't make friends with girls because they're dramatic, i've side-eyed her since then. women who throw other women under the bus are usually the problem.

  3. Chloe has some very accessible wourkouts for beginners and I've seen at least a couple gym day workouts where she talks about progressive overload. I thinj accusing her of being one of the worst influencers is unfair and inaccurate.

  4. I love her workout programs. I personally saw massive progress by staying consistent to her FREE workout programs. Not everyone is looking to be muscular and lift weights. I know a lot of people who only lift can’t even do cardio without passing out, and I’m not sitting here saying they shouldn’t lift weights 😅 plus, her programs are FREE. She even has a free app where u can choose which program you want, and track your progress. I don’t understand the criticism, unless you yourself have tried and stuck to one of her programs…. Which i don’t believe u have 😂

  5. Ho it’s 2025! Stop living in 2020 and leave Chloe alone😂 the train has left, a lot of fitfluencers have already done this strategy by using her name/vids to have views. 100% sure this comment will be deleted lol God bless!

  6. I don't get the negativity.. I'm a mother of 3 under 5yrs and ib with full time. I don't care for weights and super definition. I'm tired after work and just need quick and easy to get me moving and to take the edge of my weight. Also the way she looks is visually appealing and her energy is uplifting. Ting is perfect for me! With all due respect, id rather follow her vid than yours after the energy you're omiting.

Gaining a huge following is more than just about truth or accuracy. It's likeability and connection.

  7. her workouts worked me she has so many weighted workouts look at her whole page she always says u can use resistance bands if wanted. This videos aren’t normally for people who want to get extremely muscular but more for toning and loosing weight. i lost so much from her so …

  8. I guess her useless exercises are just to make couch potatoes to burn an extra 50-100 calories 1hr a day.
Sad thing is my mom does these types of shit doing like no walk walking workouts.

  9. I find it interesting that you are critical of other fitness influencers qnd then hou proceed to try to sell your fitness program. I dont know if I fully disagree with what your saying but it is also very clear that you are just tearing down other creators just to boost yourself up.

  10. I don't look at her and think fitness trainer. She just looks thin with no real muscle definition, not that that is bad. Her routines look bare minimum.

  11. Chloe ting was my introduction to working out at 17 years old but I moved on after I was doing HIIT 6 days a week and seeing zero results , then picked up a weight and leaned down wayyyy faster with lifting. Nonetheless, she had some good content with nutrition and cardio workouts. Unfortunately in the last 3 years she’s gotten a ton of surgery done , has become more misleading with the promises around her workouts and irritates me so much bc as a 17 yr old girl I know I would’ve fallen for it 100%.

  12. in 2020 i did her workouts, saw absolutely no difference fast forward to today where im going to the gym and ive never been happier with my body than now. She is a liar preying on peoples insecurities lol. If i knew her lower belly fat workouts dont work i wud have never clicked on it.

  13. I liked her programs around 2021, when she really blew up. Then she started making content that honestly looked like I stumbled upon the wrong side of Youtube so… never again.

  14. She's not a professional trainer either so many people have gotten wrist injuries from her plans. Back in 2021 I said that on twitter and one of her fans got mad at me and said it wasn't true bc it didn't happen to her and that I and the people who complained were just weak. Ok.

I'm glad you're talking about it, she's not the best for workout plans

  15. I was starting to get my wife in to weigts after her trying a lot of things like this for the longest time, and only getting mentally tired out and not seeing any results. She had to stop tenporarily because she had surgery. But yeah, she switched to more weight training focus and less cardio / palates and started seeing results much quicker lmao. She even had me try some palates stuff with her, and was susprused at how easy it was for me. And I told her, "Structure your training right with weights, and you'll still get cardio benefits," etc. Even me, I priorotize Power to weight ratio over size (Personally) I still think weights are all in all the best thing. Including some running is great, too. But weighs are the most compounding, and when done right, can maintain or even increase cardiovascular fitness. Also, the bone density benefits…..yeah, I'd not recommend Chloe personally lmao.
