  1. Ripe bananas are fine because it’s natural sugars and the fiber slows down absorption. Sugar spikes are normal. You just don’t want it to fluctuate so often. Just do a 16 hour fast everyday and you’ll be fine.

  2. Green bananas are far from ideal. If you cannot absorb the resistant carb, it will end up in your large intestine and feed good and bad bacteria. Not to mention green bananas are high in oxalate and anti-nutrients
