  1. The best body I’ve ever seen was in a Mississippi prison. 5 days a week the guy would do 250-500 pushups, 250-500 sit-ups, 100 pull-ups, and bounce as if jumping rope and burpees and his physique was amazing. Abdomin was like a brick wall. He weighed maybe 175-180 pounds with every muscle in his body visible. I haven’t been able to duplicate his workout routine yet but he didn’t eat meat. He would trade his meat for tithe vegetables every single day

  2. I saw a video the other day from big boys channel. Us marines vs felons (big boys crew) in fitness challenges and they did push up challenge the marine who we all know marines train full rom or the push up doesn't count in their fitness test went up against the felon and the felon guy who trains using half reps with very high volume smoked the marine in it. Granted the marine's physique looked much better but the felons muscular endurance was beyond wild. After he beat the marine in the push up challenge he squeezed out a bunch of half rep push ups to show off to the camera crazy how he still had enough endurance to pull that stunt after he'd already won

  3. STEROIDS are PROBLY used for most prison beastly workouts.
ALOT of prisoners build beastly bodies out of NECCESSITY
    1. to fight off ass rapist
    2. to fight off boredom
    3. to fight off lethargy of just lying around getting weaker and older from inactivity 23 hrs a day

  4. There's a prisoner workout you should check out, it's got some positive buzz so it's worth a look, his name is Jesse Pawlak, does only the workout he did in prison and he's pretty ripped. Food for thought.

  5. Makes me laugh when "influencers" feel they have to mention that they're not a big fan of Tate when they say his name as not to trigger anyone. And here it is right after mentioning people doing jail time for actual proven crimes. Hilarious…

  6. I can give you a direct analogy. One of the weird things I’ve heard was shorty pushups give you jacked chests. Already pressing 320lbs but the shape wasn’t chiseled looking I decided to start these shorties. I hit them maybe about 60is or so daily and I only replaced them with the full range variant. Not only did my chest become chiseled but also gained 40lbs on the press.

  7. Oh Man! this is so funny…..I did these pushups and squats in this manner as a kid and stopped because people said bad form…..seeing this now in my 50s, I feel like I have come full circle. Weights never gave me the same look…..I think the mix will be fun and brings me back……btw kid in the background is priceless…….

  8. Theyve nothing else to do all day but to train, that or get addicted to drugs and talk shit all day. listening to lads you cant get away from drives you fn nuts, so train.
