  1. Use 3lb, THREE pound weights when you shadow box. You, as in 98% of the population would never improve using 10lbs in each hand.

    I highly doubt that those weights are 20 lb together. But even if I'm genuinely wrong, do not do this. There is a reason only the top top top fighters shadow box with no more than FIVE pound dumbbells. You can seriously injure and tear muscles boxing with weights.
    The body is weird. It may be able to lift heavy things, but when it comes to explosively twisting and throwing your body into strikes, the wrong amount of weight can do real damage.
