When boiling(3 mins) or frying your eggs make sure that the egg yolk stays soft to have the full benefit of choline etc.
as a vegetarian, i eat 7-9 eggs daily. my cholesterol is quite normal in analytics. that amazes doctors.

Sometimes your titles are a little clickbait. Then when I watch them, the title was never true. I think this is making your customers resent you and it's definitely making me think about unsubscribing. Please be more truthful in your titles or you are going to lose a lot of people.
