I guess i'm the few 10% that can drink any dairy products and be just fine because yes i can drink 1 full carton milk in 1 day and be just fine if i wasn't so lazy to buy milk that is what would happen
Entertaining to a point. Not sure I can support the inoculation and propagation that words are triggering. There is nothing wrong with the word teat–furthermore, there are nearly half a dozen alternatives I can think of you could have used: tit, nipple, pap, mammilla… People are taught aversions to words–and you're a source of indoctrination.
How can they be lactose intolerance
Yogurt has milk
Ice cream.have milk
Coffee creamer has milk
Alot of white sauce has milk in it
Butter has milk
Many Asian cuisine has milk in there food
I don't understand
I'm 100% sure that lactose tolerant people too can massively benefit from reducing their dairy consumption, especially later in life. Dairy might be one of the worst staple foods, if not the worst, for your health. I can't even describe how much suffering it caused me, mosly because it's sooo hard to pin all the mysterious symptoms you experience on dairy. Only after completely excluding dairy from your diet for weeks and even months and seeing your symptoms slowly disappear, that you can tell that dairy caused them.
I'm a native of North Borneo, and I'm lactose tolerant. I never have a problem drinking dairy milk. I'm curious why I'm different from most of my fellow friends who are lactose intolerant.
Sucks being lactose intolerant…
the farting…
I'm Indonesian which has a dutch ancestor but 4 generations above (my grandfather's grandmother from my mom side), last night I experimented with drinking whole cow's milk products with minimal processing and containing 12 grams of lactose, because this is pure milk it will expire in a few days so I drank half a portion straight away while I felt like I would get sick after excessive exercise and the next day That day I felt fresh and my stomach was so comfortable that my usual stomach ache disappeared even though I was sleeping on my stomach (strangely my stomach ache was always there when I didn't drink milk every day) and for the next 2 days I didn't defecate after drinking it. so I thought "oh this is constipation because I drank milk last night?" but I was wrong, for the next 2 days I had no problem defecating at all, strangely I always had problems defecating when I didn't have milk at home.
What I least expected was that this 12 gram lactose milk really affected my mood and I felt happy about Monday's activities. and now my 12 gram lactose milk already empty and it comforts my “not-so-satisifed defecation” and at that time i know i have addiction to raw milk or maybe my body and brain just want it over all foods and beverages, unforutunately that product is only exist on supermarket especially inside malls and i cant afford it even for once a week 🙁
I've always been a milk maniac since childhood, mixing various dairy products until I was allergic to mixing all the dairy products together and I also eat cheese before bed because some sources say it will prevent us from having nightmares (sorry if this is stupid but I still do it as my own ritual :D),
actually I have problems such as flatulence and abdominal discomfort/ stomach ache or even fever if I drink milk that is not raw/pasteurized but those symptoms also rarely occured actually
If you ask me do I like milk tea, if I had money I would drink it every day with double cream cheese and avoid drinking non creamy beverages, I always get laughed at by my friends for drinking milk since then I try not to drink milk but I can't stand not drinking milk even just 1 day, I don't know why!
these all doesnt makes sense to me since the only PROBABLY lactose tolerant ancestor must be from my grandfather's grandmother but it basically i dont have paternal legacy anymore from my ditch ancestor and i am the only one in my whole family and extended family that have addiction to raw milk and all dairy products
India has long been the number 1 producer of milk. We also have the most number of cattle at 330 million. As an Indian i assure you that 90% of Indians are actually lactose tolerant. Milk and our cuisine go hand in hand and is inseparable.
Glad I’m lactose tolerant. Can’t miss no milk products.
We all have cows at our homes in India and drink milk
Billions must drink⚡️⚡️
Unfair man. I want to be lactose tolerant too. Fuck sake.
I still don't comprehend how people think it's odd to drink milk when we eat the whole cow.
Actually ,lactose tolerance is not a gene ,but a part of a gene .
Every have this gene that allow them to drink milk ,but at some point in their life ,will stop drinking milk ,and then the gene will deactivate soon after ,but if you keep drinking milk ,the gene won't deactivate ,because it's still useful .
People who are considered lactose tolerant have a way better version of the gene ,where the time limit to wait for the gene to deactivate is way longer (Like 3 to 4 time longer) than for people who are considered lactose intolerant . (+ it's way easier if you live in a culture where you consume milk-based product literaly everyday like the French one ,before extra-european immigration ,nearly 100% of the population of France was lactose tolerant ,but now we are at 94%)
Naah not the brown population of asia
* 25-45% Japanese populations have milk lactose intolerance
* 25-88% Chinese, Hong Kong, Taiwan populations haven milk intolerance
* 94% entire Vietnamese populations have milk lactose intolerance
* 30% Cambodians populations have milk lactose intolerance
This is BS – Asians are NOT lactose intolerant
two words one solution RAW MILK
I drank two glasses of milk and I have so much stomach cramps 😭😭
There is a Community in India Known as "Jats", having Highest lactose Tolerance they can Even digest 5-6lt milk easily because of some kind of Steppe DNA (Aryan Ancestry)
I tolerate milk
lmao loser. Never lose your smile.
Not in Bangladesh, India,Pakistan, Afghanistan, Nepal,Sri Lanka
HE DONT NEED NO MILK
❤
This is another American propaganda .only the Lactose from A1 milk ie . Holstein, jersey etc exotic breed is unknown to asian recepter cells hence not suitable for them. But no problem for À2 milk. Repeated heating and preservation makes milk purgative.
Greeks didn’t invent yoghurt wtf, Turks did
as an lactose tolerant asian, thank alexander the great for indo-european blood
This video is very anti animal protein
As an Iranian, I'd rather die than be lactose intolerant
I'm a Malaysian Chinese and I drink it Everyday . So not every Chinese are intolerant
No I am indian🇮🇳 and IAm not Lactose intolerant,,, and drink 1litre buffalo🐃 milk everyday
Milk tentacles?
I mean if is Asians keep drinking milk we’ll mutate our genes for the greater good
Lactose intolerance exist in A1 milk which exist in Europe. India don't have such problem because our cows give A2 type milk which is easily digestible and don't have any side effects. Please someone teach this to western people.
Me, a Southeast Asian that recently became lactose intolerant in adulthood reading all these comments from other asians not knowing anyone lactose intolerant 👀
Me, im Asian AND lactose intolerant
