  1. He’s saying he’s going to have a stroke because he has cadasil which means he has vascular dementia. Which can explain a lot. And yes he is more susceptible to strokes if that’s true and it is quite possible he does have brain damage.

  2. Riding while under the influence first time I heard that one 😂 the so called cowboy 🤠 is driving a Toyota truck I don’t think a true cowboy would be driving a Japanese truck he would be driving a Dodge/Ram, GM/GMC/Chevy, or a Ford some American truck not a Japanese Toyota if he was a real cowboy but he is more country than most people that is for sure.
