My daughter was killed by a drunk driver that was so drunk he was not able to tell the police his name!And he was not even hurt when he smashed into my wife and daughter!
And then the court was not going to make him pay for it, I am not saying it right, he was charged with vehicular homicide and he pleaded it down to involuntary manslaughter and was given only3 years, I was in the court and was charged for contempt of court because I tried to get him to hit him for putting my wife in the hospital and my daughter in the ground!
I got 90 days in jail! TWO DAYS after I had to take my wife to a psychiatric hospital for her inability to deal with the loss,He was just given 3 years for destroying a whole family!
I think there is something RADICALLY WRONG WITH THE COURT SYSTEM!
I AM SO SORRY FOR YOUR LOSS AND I PRAY THAT YOU WERE ABLE TO GET SOME SATISFACTION FOR YOUR LOSS, IT IS DEFINITELY SOMETHING YOU NEVER CAN GET OVER, BUT I'M GLAD THAT I HAD A GOOD BUNCH OF FRIENDS TO HELP ME!

No I was not driving the car but it’s registered to me and I was the only one in my car.. By the way, if I were in trouble, the last person I am calling is my mom, as teenagers my mom would say “ I you get arrested, don’t call me because I am not bailing you out” my mom does not play so we knew she was serious

Sorry for the loss of your son, daughter-in-law, and grandchild. My brother ended up killing himself in a DUI on our family’s ranch in northern Nevada. Grateful at least that he didn’t hurt anyone else.
