9 months for causing 2 deaths speeding,impaired? You'd get minimum 5 years to 15 for 1 in Canada. And how could they not have met the Burdon of proof of 5 people are dead? What did the judge believe caused the death of the other 3 in the crashed car? I see so many American courts,prosecutors judges either pleading out or giving SLAs on the wrist and probation. There isn't justice anymore in America. Police work so hard investigating and apprehending criminals,putting their lives on the line for these people to get let off or get a sentence a shoplifter used to get. My condolences to the families of the victims.

this is why it is important to vote, whenever a Judge is up for reelection we need to research and vote them out! The only true way to make sure people have consequences is to make sure there is a Judge who will make sure they get the correct punishment.
