If you've ever seen one of the officers activated taser while there's other officers on top of them like all six of them will jump back at the same time here they don't do that so clearly not what's going on

Gotta say that having a supervisor on scene noting use of force is what every department needs to do. Sends a clear message that inappropriate use will not be tolerated as long as they back it up when too much IS used!
