i think at 60 yrs old they used to not take points off a license (1970s) now its alot worse but i think they think dont leave it in a bad neighborhood dont walk dont pay for towing dont be stranded tomorrow etc

Aside from this, officers' poor decisions , New Mexico is moving to the number 2 spot in the nation, behind California but ahead of New York on Metropolitan corruption and drug and gang violence. It needs a come to Jesus change in that State. New Mexico is an embarrassment.
