  1. While I sincerely appreciate your wisdom and willingness to teach, I'll never agree that any form of alcohol is anything but poison to the body, "joyful" or not.

It's fine if you choose it for your life, but to promote it for everyone is something else entirely. 😢

  2. I really enjoy eating PSMF i ocassionally include days where I consume fatty fish instead of lean meat (turkey or chicken). Lots of people talk about it negatively impacting thyroid, metablism etc. I take multi vitamins the Junior ones from Pure encapsulation as well as cod liver oil every day even on psmf days (which is mostly everyday). I also take electrolytes. Im trying to lose about 10-15 more pounds. trying to get as lean as you doc! but i really just enjoy the food and how simple it is. I do include cellery some times just because I enjoy the crunch. Thoughts can I continue eating this way or do I need to add carbs (i.e sweet potatoes) I personally wouldnt want to but I also just want to not destroy my metabolism. Not tired and feel great

  3. Wow, ya’ll are so smart and so organized! I can’t wait til the day my better half is ready to eat less junk so that we can have a simplified food storage system!! Thanks for sharing.

  4. Pretty close to how ours looks, though yours is a bit more refined I'd say. The baking has been something I experimented with for the first year or two, finding what worked best for our needs/tastes, so I have a lot of leftover flours/nuts/sweeteners I need to purge. It's interesting how it really does get more streamlined as you go~ if optimal health & wellness is the goal. The best part- & for me, the real joy of it- is honing in on our favorite foods/recipes, & preparing them in the cleanest, best possible ways. It really does require at least one person who enjoys that part of it. =) Thanks for the tour you two! -Sam in AZ

  5. "Does it get any simpler than this?", You ask at the end of the video. My answer is yes. You could just eat the same healthy keto/carnivore/ketovore food every day, instead of messing about with on and off days…? Because to me it seems that all you do on the PSMF-days is to reduce the fat contentent of the food. It's still a variation of keto/carnivore, which I believe is the case also for what you eat on your "off"-days…?

  6. Love the simplicity. I went Keto just over 12 months ago and the biggest benefit I’ve found (apart from all the health benefits) is it only takes me 10-15 minutes a week to do my shopping. I would spend 1-2 hours a week walking around the store trying to plan my meals for the week. Now….. Meat section, egg section, Leafy veggie section then the checkout. Love the channel. Love your straightforward delivery. No B.S. just the facts

  7. Judy I am a gardener and canner too. I try to can Cowboy Candy and jalapeno jelly every couple of years. This is my year to do them and our first on keto. I would love to know your substitutes for sugar in the jelly. I decided not to experiment and followed my regular recipe for Cowboy Candy. I used pure cane sugar and we don't eat the syrup, so on that I feel we wouldn't consume too many carbs because we just put a few slices on burgers. The jelly for sure needs to be keto-fied, if you share your recipe.

  8. TY. I am still wondering how you get all your other nutrients? Barely any vegys. I have not given them up. Eat Keto vegys.

Also, what is that whip cream maker Judy has? Would love one of those.
