  1. Hey gorgeous! Just found this video and love it. But the one video I love to this day the most is the one about bone broth. I started making this and love it! My skin, my hair..unbelieveable! Would love to know what u drink. I detest plain water, but refuse to put sugar in my body, so what's left that isn't tainted with artificial sweeteners? And is a glass of wine ok? Love my glass every night….

  2. One of my BIGGEST issues with dieting is i LOVE sugar always have. Its super super hard for me to cut it out and it seems impossible for me to go a day without chocolate. I want to eat healthy but i just love chocolate too much

  3. Eggs aren't healthy. They are fully of cholesterol and bad fat. They aren't even a good source of protein since they have so much fat and cholesterol in them. Nuts, seeds, and avocados have lots of fiber and healthy fat.

  4. I guess you are more paleo now? Totally agree with eliminating as much sugar/carbs from diet versus fat. You look amazing. I was eating high fat too with minimal to no sugar, but was not leaning out. I needed to tweek my macros a bit. Every person is so different in how they respond to food. Thanks for sharing your diet.

  5. Zuzka, sugar is so good for my health. No doubt about it. But, if only consumed with no fat. Generally, I removed fat from my diet and I feel so strong and healthy. That's the truth about my diet. I eat as much high carbohidrate fruits as I can, drink water, do not use caffeine and stimulants.

  6. You really inspire me to care about what I eat and to make good healthy choices. I used to watch your videos on bodyrock then I REALLY fell off the wagon and am on my way back to good health. Thank you so much for sharing your videos!

  7. Just like any other regime, I think you have to modify your diet to your own requirements. We are all different and what works for one may not work for another. Take all tips as guides but not gospel and you will need to experiment hence the constant debates and the inevitable confusion. There are many right and wrong methods. I like this example however I know I could not eat like this constantly, I will crave process foods occasionally but I won't beat myself about it.
