  1. Better results are achieved from a complete amino acid profile.
Sure creatine does have some benefits. If you want to build quality muscles it should be the last product to take not the first.
    Over rated product

  2. Anyone who knows anything about the body and bio chemistry knows creatine is inaffected in building lean muscles. It lacks complete amino acid profile.
Without a complete amino acid profile you will not build muscles.
Creatine will bloat you and smooth you out.
    Over rated commerical product

  3. He speaks slower to make the video longer just watch it in 1.35 for a normal video. The content is good just definitely needs to speed to 1.35 for a normal video.

  4. Creatine only works for so long , best doing a week of loading then 2 weeks at 5g have a week off then load again and another 2 weeks then again a week off , cycle like this instead of continuing maintenance dose for months on end

  5. I have one question only. imagine i load creatine (20g) for the first seven days of the month and the rest of the month i take 5g. Should i take 20g the ffirst seven days of the next month again?

  6. Avoiding the loading phase, I see all these videos that suggest taking 3g-5g daily. So, why does my creatine's direction state to take 1 scoop (33g) daily after a workout or in the morning if not working out? Did I buy a crappy brand or a much less potent version of creatine monohydrate? I feel like 33g is quite excessive.

  7. Amazing. Going to be loading creatine for the next two to three weeks before base lining it on top of taking more advanced supplements as well on my personalized body recomposition diet, workout splits, and more advanced forms of cardio pretty soon. Going to be training for a year like that and then do a few months of competition training at my non franchise gym and then will be competing in minor local bodybuilding competitions in my local area. I already pretty much knew the benefits of creatine and loading but this video expanded my knowledge even further. Keep it up musclemonsters 💪

  8. Yes his voice is monotone but I got more distracted wondering how long it took to paint his shirt on. I would have to lube up with bacon grease to fit into something that tight😂

  9. Thanks for a great video, is there any studies on how it affects your cholesterol level? My partner has a cholesterol level so was just wondering how it would affect her cholesterol levels thanks once more

  10. I was very adamant about taking this much dosage of creatine at a time, but now after doing some more research and watching this video along with the other videos, next time I get some more creatine I will my best to take as close if not the exact dosages shown in this video. Thank you guys!!
