  1. Hi Anthony! Can't wait to learn from yours vidéos but 1st I have a question most of doctors can't answer and I feel so frustrated… I train 5/6 times per week, usually calisthenics, pilates or short HITS. Each time I train too hard for some time (I don't realize till IT happens after 1 or 2 weeks) I gain fat around belly and hips. No matter what I eat, macros, sugar, each time I "over train" it happens. I'm 51, does it have anything to do with sport stressing my body? If Yes, what should I do? Many thanks and greetings from France!

  3. I'm 53, eat well, get plenty of sleep, do weight training 2 x per week, run 35-40 miles per week, take HRT, and gained 10 pounds. Can't lose it to save my life, even with only eating twice a day, no sugar drinks.

  4. Hi, I'm 60 years old and have always been vegetarian, but I have put on fatty weight. Watching these videos has made a lot of sense to me, and I've realised its the amount of sugar and bad fats even the pre made veggie meals I've been eating, it's a shame I've only just found your videos. But I'm now a subscriber, so thank you for all your amazing information.my healthy lifestyle and meals starts today. X

I try to keep my mobility but I think I need more and I am not sure what should that be . Thank you ❤

  10. I love, love the this video! It is 100% accurate! I do MRT and love it. I am 59 and have struggled with PCOS and now menopause. I love to cook and eat good food. I have a great GYN who is managing my hormones and gave me good tips for weight loss that follow his strategy. My feet are an issue. I choose to bike inside or out. I walk a bit here and there after meals. I strive to follow this more.
