  1. Joe Tamburino is wrong to say that there is not enough video evidence to make a judgement.
No one ought to be shot for simply driving away like R. Good did.
I mean, for Heaven's Sake, these I.C.E. Agents wear masks as if they are "Ninja Assassins"!
They are a horrible mistake on your streets.
And C.B.S. is going down the drain under Bari Weiss, F.Y.I.

  2. this was clearly NOT an attempt on the the agent's life. Good was fleeing, turning the vehicle in the direction of her significant other (who apparently didn't have time to even get in) not the agent… and the agent was still standing. there was no need to shoot her. the agent was tripping on self importance. the claim by the agency that she was "stalking" them is silly. the claim that he had "internal bleeding" is silly. a bruise is "internal bleeding". if they were concerned about her actions that day, they already had her face on camera and her plate number. no need to prove that your a real tough guy

  3. Where is the fair balanced reporting? I don’t care that you gave the liberal side of the story but there’s a reality side of it where the officer was legally in the right, and if you brought an attorney on with that expertise, they could not say otherwise, and still be considered an expert.

  4. This was self-defense. She drove straight into a man she knew was standing in front of her car. People say she was just trying to get away, but she saw this man clearly and hit the gas anyway, so it is clear she was either trying to hit him or hoping he would move. It's not his job to read her mind and figure out which.

He didn't know what would happen next. She could have continued trying to hit him or another officer. She could have dragged him under the car. He had to stop her. He did exactly the right thing.

  5. If officer shot her 3 times thru the windshield, meaning he was in the path of the vehicle, then he gets a pass. But, if he shot her 3 times thru the drivers side window opening lock him up.

  6. Was she turning, or was she interfering with their investigation? Why was her car sitting in the road like that before this all happened? I don’t think she deserved to die, but she most definitely should not have been interfering. That was stupid.

  7. I take it as simply and plainly as I see it she was wrong in not stopping the car and let the gestapo do their job,as their response to any failure to comply,be it violent or less so,results in immediate death

  8. The agent did everything according to the law! The rule is known: when a police officer orders something, you obey! If you don't obey, you get shot! You have balls to the floor to disobey a police officer, and you cry when you get shot!

  9. soon there will be no police officers who will want to be police officers, to the hell their job and their duties. who wants to work for people who will not be happy anything you will do. nobody. america is very much in dark times. much underdeveloped with lack of education. i see trump and i start to think each american is trump. just lets all pray putler (putin) will not benefit from americas fall and will not overtake the rest of the europe. wasn't this his plan anyway, to drag europeans like france with orange west protesters and so on. now america. putler must be really happy

  10. This is a tragedy for all involved.

I believe in the American right to lawful, safe protests. I do not believe in obstructing ICE agents trying to conduct their job.

Before Rene’s car was even approached, she had ample time to remove her car from partially blocking the road. She was told multiple times by different agents to get out of the car, but she refused. Then, while the officer is telling her to get out of the car and has his hand on the car door she backs up potentially endangering that officer. It also appears from another camera angle that her partner/spouse was asking to be let in Rene’s car as well at approximately the same time and had her hand on the car door. Lastly, instead of complying with multiple orders to stop and get out of the car, Rene put her car in reverse, and then put it in drive and appeared to move forward rather quickly while an officer was at least partially in front of her vehicle. She could have chosen to very slowly proceed forward, but it appears she did not. The officer then shot her multiple times. The agent’s own video appears to show he was in fact struck by the vehicle.

There were many flashpoints at which Rene could have made different choices to avoid escalation. I truly wish she had chosen to comply. Now her partner/spouse and children have a funeral to plan, the agent will be investigated, and both political parties will choose sides before all the evidence is collected and will push an agenda. The American people will be whipped into a frenzy and this will foment into possible further violence.

    It’s heartbreaking all around!

  11. A Christian man in uniform shot an unarmed Christian woman. As he drove away, he called her vile names. Hours later, he likely sat at dinner, bowed his head, and thanked God.

This is the modern tax collector: serving the empire of force while claiming to serve Christ. The biblical tax collectors betrayed their own people to enforce Roman occupation. Today’s ‘stormtroopers’ do the same, choosing power over the Gospel, violence over mercy.

When you applaud this, when you twist scripture to justify lethal force against an unarmed woman, when you reach for excuses instead of grief, you’re not defending the faith. You’re revealing who you truly worship.

When you take a life (someone ironically named ‘Good’) or cheer as it happens and call it righteous, you’ve stopped following Jesus. You’re following a false prophet wrapped in a flag.

‘By their fruits you shall know them.’ These fruits are lethal force celebrated as righteousness. This is the crowd that shouted ‘Crucify him’ while claiming to serve God.

If your faith leads you to end another human life, you aren’t serving the Creator. You’re serving a system that would have cheered as Christ was crucified.

Sunday worship. Mealtime prayers. Midweek bloodshed. Online applause.
This isn’t Christianity. This is blasphemy with a badge and a congregation.

The symbolism is jarring, but unmistakable a sign we cannot afford to ignore.

  12. Heart wrenching how her wife screams go, go encouraging and instigating her flight with the car. If she had just said. cooperate with law enforcement, she would be alive today. But she resisted and tried to drive away, driving a deadly weapon directly at the officer who she did in FACT hit with her car! Another video shows the contact with the officer. Terrible instigated tragedy by her own loved one! It's a wildly Senseless tragedy!!!

  13. I know I should probably head over to Fox News with this nonsense, but if you obstruct a law enforcement operation by intentionally blocking a road with your vehicle then you have committed a crime. Right or wrong she put herself there and she put that officer in a position to interpret his training in a split second.

  14. How the hell if she was shot did she manage to keep her foot on the gas going at such a crazy fast speed that she totaled the other car and totaled her car as well? That's a question I really want the answer to. I'll be curious to see what the autopsy says.

  15. How about to remind the left and all citizens we need to obey and follow Police, Ice, FBI and authorities orders? It's a tragedy she died, but she put herself in that position.
