Ok at this point in life we need to make cell phone recording obstruction of justice. Gets to the point where the police officers can’t do their job. You see lights in for five people come running up a cell phones and know that officers fearing for their safety as well. There should be some sort of law put In legislation that if you were going to record with your cell phone you must remain at least 100 feet from the scene. If not you’ll be arrested for obstructing justice. I think that this would be a good law to put in place. All police officers and most paramedics are caring body cams at this time so with that in mind I don’t see a problem.
