  1. It's hard for me. My arms are not strong enough to support my weight at an angle. However, I can hold a plank for 28-35 seconds slow and do various crunches. I do them in 3-4 levels. I love slow leg raises down and up. Have to trick myself by using easier things then make it harder. Over 60, but can still do alot: fast walk, run fast etc! We need resistance! Anyone knows of products to build muscle…?
