  1. I just don’t believe he did it. If he had, he would have gun residue on his hands and there would have been way more blood on him but he was spotless. There’s no way it wouldn’t have gotten on his clothing either and he had no change of clothes or time to put them in the wash. I’m surprised a jury convicted him with such little evidence and if I were him, I would file a motion for appeal. There’s more evidence pointing to suicide than homicide. She was on SO many different drugs and she was depressed. Family really don’t understand that someone can be suicidal and NOT show it. I’ve been depressed and I hide it very well to the point where no one would question whether I was “happy”. Very sad case all around.

  2. he acted out with his right hand as he says
    "she just grabbed it and"
but he didn't see her so why is he doing the actions, he re-enactment it whist crying on the floor there!@- guilty..(ah Bruce love you, but )

  3. Fellow South African here … this case is eerily similar to the Oscar Pistorius case. She ran to the bathroom to hide from him, and then he broke it open and shot her.

  4. Its imperative they find out if she was a true lefty. I am left handed but i only write with the left. Everything else is done with my right hand. If i were to pick up and use a weapon i would use my right hand even tho im labeled left handed

  5. I wish true crime shows would stop perpetuating the belief that people couldn’t have been depressed bcs they weren’t showing signs, or that depression is evident. Depression is not always visible or apparent. I have been suicidal so many times and no one would ever believe it looking at me. Look at Chester Bennington, Robin Williams and so many others— suicidal people often hide their pain so well. That, and families are in denial— they would rather believe that their loved one was a victim , rather than believing that they were unhappy and that they may have missed the signs that would have represented an opportunity to save them.

  6. I'll have to watch the entire episode, but the evidence leans toward the fact that she did this to herself.
Just because someone shoots themselves with their off hand doesn't mean they were necessarily murdered.

  7. Anyone who wants to unalive themselves is not going to do it with their non dominant hand. It's more likely that this guy, after using the gun, forgot she was left-handed and put the gun in her right. When you're panicking, stressed and not in a rational state of mind you can forget the most obvious things.

I'm a lefty and if I were going to unalive myself I wouldn't use my right to do it.

  8. Damn so so sad she was still so young!!! Damn his defense Attorney is a Youtube lawyer i love watching!!! Yes i’m editing a vid hours later bc i fell asleep watching it… IM sick give me a break!

  9. I'm not sure how they can say he killed her when they clearly said none of his DNA was on the gun, and only hers was, if he wiped the gun her DNA would've been wiped as well. Seems pretty clear to me, and that her family just wants to throw an innocent person in jail because they don't want to believe their daughter killed herself.
