13:35 once the siren was broken she should have abandoned pursuit. Putting the public at risk.
The female shown as Officer 1 needs extensive high-speed pursuit training.
She did not back off when instructed by highway patrol. By not moving over, she put the officer in danger as they had to pass her on the shoulder at a high rate of speed.
At 9:50, she almost caused a serious wreck with the highway patrol and a civilian vehicle by not obeying the orders to stand down and being distracted again by her need to blab false information over the radio.
I hope the troopers demanded her superior to give her an serious repremand as her poor judgement in inability to focus poses a grave threat to the public.

Highway patrols have gotta start carrying like thick rugs in their vehicles so they can just throw it over the barbed wire fence, or just be like the second cop who just flew over the damn fence
