  1. I swear the online fitness space has gotten so toxic in the last decade everything seemed so pure back in the day everyone one just stayed in their lane and it was so much easier to get straightforward answers to simple questions.

    How do I get jacked?

Your answer then: First relax, eat, lift, sleep, and fucking repeat.

Your answer now: Buy Turkesterone if you don’t, fuck you!

Only OGs know about the biggest drama we had on YouTube back in 2017 with fitness was Vshred copying Atlean-X content pretty much word for word. And Connor Murphy was just a normal humble shy kid finding himself through fitness that didn’t drink semen and smoke crack. So much bullshit but Jeff Nippard and idk about Jeff Cavalier anymore but these guys are the saints of this industry fuck the haters.

  2. This video by Jeff Nippard discusses the science behind the supplement, Turkesterone, and whether or not it is effective for muscle building. Here's a summary:
    * What is Turkesterone? It is a plant and insect equivalent to human hormones like testosterone [00:38].
    * Early Research: Studies from the 1970s showed that it was effective at stimulating liver protein synthesis in mice, but this is not the same as muscle protein synthesis [01:07].
    * 2006 Study: A study on weight-trained men showed that ectisteroids, which are similar to Turkesterone, did not work any better than a placebo [01:45].
    * 2019 Study: This study showed that the ectisterone groups experienced significantly better muscle gains than the placebo group [03:45]. However, the supplement used only contained 6% of the advertised amount of ectisterone [04:26].
    * Expert Opinion: Jeff Nippard and supplement expert, Dr. Eric Trexler, discuss the possibility of the 2019 study being a false positive [05:29].
    * Final Verdict: As of now, it is safe to say that this supplement is not science-based [06:41].

  3. No you know damn well if you know anything about bodybuilding then unless their diet was exactly the same and even then different bodies process different things they have different ways of compartmentalizing each thing so some people will eat sugar and it'll go down as fat others will piss it out or use it for good….. But I guarantee their diets were whack because I've been heavy into bodybuilding and my diet was out of shape and I put nothing on with some of the most insane steroids….diet diet diet!!!!!
