Here is the area in which Trump's trials are going to prevail: for the government has chronically not been forthcoming about the number of embedded federals agent in the crowd (let alone what they were actually doing), at least 2 of which were known agitants. The prosecution works by essentially blaming him for the actions of his crowd (because he wasn't even there on J6); but the large extent of its constitutents were apparently NOT actual Trump followers. That's where the connection breaks down. This is where fingering him for the unrest is problematic… and just the kind of thing they don't want his lawyers proving during a trial.
