The national debt is 132% of our GDP. That means we are paying $132 for every $100. Our GDP is not keeping up with the debt. That is why for the first time ever our credit rating was lowered by Moody's. Trump's tax cuts for the 1% and large corporations will make it impossible to lower the national debt and make it even harder to keep up with payments.
