Thank you so much for your strength programs. Your bulletproof knee program and this has helped my clicky weak knees so much. My one knee still clicks if I don't do the exercises due to a past knee injury, but it goes away for a while after the exercises. I hope it will go away permanently someday!

Your first exercise flow, i can add to that! Once kneeing lean back for an ankle stretch.
I keep trying to do the first thing but I genuinely can’t make my legs go down slowly and at the same time. I always have to put my left one down first and I don’t know how to stop it. Also the toes on my left foot especially my big toe feel like they’re being crunched or that they can’t stretch as much as my right toes due to a foot injury a few years ago. Is there any advice on how to help me out?

Just want to say Thank You! The first exercise really helped me with my knee pain. I suffer from reoccuring pain caused by meniscus tear, and this really helped set it more flexible.

Ive never had a “diagnosis” of the Incongruency’s in my knees. I have no pain. However, they make a lot of noise. I can dislocate it on rare occasions. I assume its cartilage damage.
Is there any ingredients or supplements my body could use in rebuilding them?
I like you exercise but you should do more modify more professionally give us your knowledge as teacher, this is very short please teach properly.
