  1. Re the dark forest, strange how the Clarkes holidayed there peacefully from the time the cabin was built in the early 20th C to 1918 when all hell broke loose. Was the devil taking a vacation in the interim?

  2. It baffles me how people even think about going into a forest without a gun. If not for crazy people or ghosts, at least for bears or mountain lions. Darwin awards being awarded left and right.

  3. Superstition mountains. Great hiking. Not a place I’d go that late in the day. There are camp grounds at the base. The road to the base is paved and in good condition. The trail going up is extremely steep. The picture of the mountain at the beginning of the story is deceiving. Just to the right out of shot are hundreds of homes and the base camp is just out of shot too. The road is to the left and there is a lake a bit further up. Just before the base camp and parking lot is the town of Apache Junction. Again hundreds of homes. We were there during that month as well in 2020. Lots of people go on the smaller loop and we met a horseman and his dog coming down. Sounds like Sam got spooked. A lot of people go missing in those mountains intentional or otherwise. Sounds like his friend might have pranked him. 😮

  4. Number 2 “laughter” 15:44 dude I fr think it was the rich guy the father befriended. Have you ever heard of sniper safari? I feel like it wouldn’t be hard to cover up a murder in land you own that’s private property! And that being said if no one else could be on the property, it has to be the owner hunting people and befriending others to come camp alone in his murder forest 🧐

  5. I cant be the only one that only has that "fear" but only for a short amount of time. 2 hours is an insane amount of time to be terrified. In less than 30 minutes ive grown accustomed to whatever and im getting mad at that point lol

  6. My dad has actually experienced the bells canyon guy! Same situation happened except he had his friend with him! I wish I could explain more but he dosent like talking about it, apparently it was traumatizing 😂

  7. Mr. Ballen sort of smiles as he tells some of these stories because he is a NAVY SEAL and is not afraid of the same things as everyday folks. He would sit in the middle of any open forest alone and sleep comfortably because he would know that it would be the other things out there cringing because he is there.

  8. Bell Canyon Reservoir Trail
Bells Canyon is a popular hiking area in Sandy, Utah, located near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, known for its scenic trails leading to reservoirs and a waterfall

  9. Dudlytown is privat property, that's why it is illegal to enter. And this Forrest ist mantained by man, daily. Without workers seeing strange creatures or dying.
Don't get me wrong, I love this Storys. Just wanted to share my knowledge.

  10. When I was a kid in Arizona I lived in a desert area and often I would here coyotes attack and kill rabbits and I don’t know if you’ve ever heard a rabbit dying but it’s sounds just like a crying baby

  11. I'm sorry Sir I can't watch your channel anymore because you talk about demons and ghosts. I like stories about Bigfoot I'm a huge fan of anything Bigfoot but demons and ghosts are forbidden by my religious beliefs. No demons!

  12. I live in rural WA near Mt Rainier and I don’t think that guy would have harmed him but he certainly scared him on purpose. You see; people don’t like outsiders coming into ‘their’ space….lol… and treating it as a tourist destination. It’s beautiful here. We are not all like that. But growing up here the beauty is getting smaller and smaller by tourists wanting to come here and disrupt what we know.

  13. Do you see what it was when it leaves in daylight. And, probably different in the situation. If it’s in front of you, just have it out. Start shouting. You want it you can have it. Scrap it out
