  1. I followed Coach John's advice and started doing the 2-3' pause and went a little lighter to get 10-12 but then do hanging cleans instead of off the floor deadlifts due to low back issues. As John likes to say .. straight fire.. followed by Smith machine overhead press sets of 8-10. Finally seeing some growth. Thanks again, Coach.

  2. Hi friends!! Trap’s question: Dorian talks about pulling up and towards the back instead of straight up. Does anyone else do this technique? Not to roll it but to almost deadlift it back, so to speak. He says it’s supposed to help work more of the trap instead of just the top. Thanks all!!

  3. One of my weakest points is my traps, but I'm on it with the shrugs!
I'm gonna do the deadlift one next leg day, it seems really effective!
Thank you, I miss you, John.💙💙

  4. Heavy Lateral Raises followed by Ligther Strict Lateral Raises did traps for me. I have bigger traps natty than some of my friends that are on the juice. I do like 6 sets of Laterals in Shoulder workouts alone.
