Love the optimistic views of Sci Fi shows not the overdone dystopian / alien invasion crap out there. Can't wait for another season of For All Mankind and for Strange New Worlds. Plus, optimistic shows seem to anger the low IQ maga mouth breather snowflakes as an added bonus.
Read all the old William Gibson books and interested in Neuromancer though it's a dystopian corporatocracy or extreme crony capitalistic future but will give it a shot. Read the 7 murderbot books around last thanksgiving. They were basically short story/novella's and way overpriced for such short stories. That was also a dystopian future corporatocracy but may give it a shot just for the dry humor of the protagonist.
This type of fantasy hero nonsense is at least in part, responsible for the lack of intellect in the average American mind. What’s wrong with some real history or other educational entertainment? Like a computer – You put stupid in and stupid comes out!
