  1. Herbs 🌿 are only potent and effective when a " Standardised " quality standard is taken… Standardised guarantees biologically active ingredients…

  2. Please don’t take it daily as you will have long term side effects. Better cycle it. Your best chance is to increase vitamin-d, magnesium, zinc and other micronutrients first. After that take TA 3-4 times a week with others similar. This way your body wouldn’t get used to it. Consider pomegranate extract too.

  3. I have a time taking Tongkat Ali. The first two weeks have some palpitations that disappeared taking the pill every other day. Since the first dose I had more sexual dreams and spontaneous erections. I have more energy and muscle strength but I take another supplements at the same time so I cant tell which of those have the better effect.

  4. Caused urinary issues for me after around week 6
Sucks because of all the crappy supplements that make promises this one seemed to actually deliver something

  5. 👊 I took Tongkat 400mg for a year I then waited 2 weeks off and tested Free T which showed 79 pg/mL, I went back on it for 19 days minus weekends and tested again it showed 122 pg/mL. It also increased my DHEA levels. I felt very strong and lean on this stuff but! Unfortunately for me I got heart palpitations which I never get 2-3 months in. If anyone knows if Tongkat by increasing Free T does this also increase RBC's? Similar to TRT. God Bless Stay Safe!

  6. I'm nearly 43 and healthy. Emergency services shift worker for 20 years. Been taking TKA 1200mg every day for a month to try and combat tiredness, general disinterest in most things and just feeling 'meh'.

    It's done nothing for me.

I've not noticed any increase in strength, sexual appetite (still more appetite than my wife sadly), erectile function, sexual performance, body composition, energy levels or general wellbeing. I've not noticed any decrease in stress etc either.
    Money wasted.

  7. I've been taking it for a couple of years now, cycling every other month. It definitely helps me with sleep, energy, and strength. However, it does NOT increase your free testosterone.

  8. this is potentially a mistake generalizing a significant subject that involves serious side effects without medical advice.. or giving opinions in a general way … mistake. you should take it down. imagine if without medical review this contributed to harm or death. keep it about training! you show a bunch of doctors but would i prescribe this ofc not! its otc unregulated so, be careful.
