  1. I want your arms…they're the perfect cut and size. Your tips on exercises are amazing. I watched the push-up one, as well. I have no upper body strength, and could never do them. I could do e-centric only. But now with the 45 degree angle tip, I can do them (on my knees for now). Thank you!

    I had to stop training a few months ago because I starting getting a migraine a few hours after every workout . I will try to pick up again with squats
