I've actually went on NASA website to fact check and found information is it's not actually the dam it's Youranus that's slowing the earth rotation down.
By the way the ocean's have way more water and that saltwater which weighs way more than freshwater.

It took 17 years to make but will take 2 Centuries to repair the damage it currently has and the damage it will cause in the near future. This is one of the CCP's engineering folly. Today, big Chinese cities can already feel the initial damage of massive flooding it causes, whenever flood gates are opened to release tons of water deposited by abnormally frequent rainfalls. Of course the CCP would not care about human lives even if massive death tolls are caused by the flooding just to save the structure from crumbling. The dam would have been more practical if it were initially broken into several smaller but stronger structures for water distribution and power generation. Damage control would be faster. Instead out of folly and pride, the CCP has resorted to a one big massive structure that would cause a "one time big time" collapse and catastrophe!
