  1. This is making me sad as honestly have noone left in my life to care about me. I did my all for so many always until severe ill health stole it all away 12 years ago. Lost 7 family & 2 pets in all that time & the only one I've got is taken up 100% with my severely disabled grandchild. I never see them since they moved home farther away & it's too much of a struggle now I'm older & still no cure for this debilitating illness that struck me down. I was busy always working, helping other's my whole life. Never get any back & isolated totally, rarely get out at all. I was a very positive, happy person but truly feel like giving up. Nobody truly cares these day's – all just busy with their own lives. I could be lay here dead & noone would even know. Truth. 💔
    Long term isolated illness is the worst. 😢

  2. It made me more sad the video, I have things I am grateful for, but I don’t have a career, friends, partner nor children at the moment, so perhaps there should be gratefulness for more personal qualities, like strength, hope etc. Basically it just made me sad.

    little town of Westport. There on a
    bench I had a wonderful conversation
    with a man. He told me of his life – he was so grateful for it and for his wife
    But, he had a tuff time with his
    body that hurt – so I gave him
    Your name and asked him to listen
    to Your meditations… He was so
    happy for that. It really made my

    I am so grateful for you and your videos ! I originally took your courses thought Mind Valley Academy starting in 2015-2016; and I have never stopped learning from you – I AM deeply grateful…💕. There is one thing I would love to see you create a hypnosis video for – one to help true energetic empaths, to help us automatically shield from emotions and vibes of others. I am reading the ‘Empaths survival guide’ and have come to realize how often what I am feeling is actually what those around me are feeling. When I realize it, I can imagine an energetic field around me, and that helps separate me from the person – it really is effective. I used to wake up in the morning feeling emotions that I knew were not mine – and so I would ask ‘who is this coming from?’ And then I would pray and send energy to that person. The other day when was getting ready to go to an exercise program I felt anxious – which was very out of character for me. Then I realized the anxiety was coming from my husband, who was joining me for the first time and was anxious about what the trainer would think of him… ! What I would love is a video that trains my mind to automatically do this – to shield my energy so I am not drained, and so I can be actually present in my own strength and connect to others in a productive way.
    Thank you so much for your work – it is the most transformative training I have ever encountered.

I dont feel gratitude, whenever i do gratitude i think the negativity what to do i am stressed i font know what to do there is a voice that says different story when i do affirmation gratitude, and visionboard i struck i do it for 1 day next day i do nothing jyst sleep all day i lam scared of my futures i dont feel anything

  7. I've always wondered which is more effective for improving my health: affirmations or gratitude. Now I think affirmations don't have much power without gratitude. Gratitude seems to be the most essential element in achieving physical and emotional well-being ✨
