This is over simplifying it, there’s more than 1 factor. yes there’s more of a closed face with the ball further forward but also the path is starting to move back left (for a righty) promoting a slice. Most slicers have a path issue, not a face issue & is why most of them hit pull slices. At that point playing ball slightly further back is going to help straighten out their slice.
I have a fast turnover on my hands. So I either have to swing super fast and super hard to match that or have the ball farther back in my stance with a smooth butter 🧈 swing. And 💥 fairway. So it all depends on what I’m going for. 260-275 🥊 smacked with a clean draw ✍️. Or a simple 220-240 fairway finder 🧐. Farthest ball I’ve ever hit in play was 283. I know I can hit farther. Just gotta search for the perfect beat 🥁.
Unless of course your brain holds the face online , then that out to in causes a slice , or close the face and hit a straight pull waaay left waay long .
Actually this is not true and more opposite for amateurs. They end up hitting the ball with a glancing blow and always slice to the right the more the ball is forward of the stance.
Yeah but you are now putting “out to in” spin on the ball so it will slice more easily. Moving the back towards center a touch makes it easier to draw.
I still can’t get past this dudes absolute idiotic outfits. I feel like a punchline is coming but it never does he just thinks this is a trend setter or something. 😂
BS, didn't blow my mind!!! Same old crap – just a different day.

Blow my mind? This is as old as Old Tom Morris’ grandfather.
"It's gonna be really hard to hit it right, now"
Sir, my golf swing would beg to differ 😂😂
Though too far forward brings in the old duck hook if clubface closing too much. Trial and error I guess…
Yay this will be the 30th video. I will be saving in my notes because of my slice.
So can you adjust your stance to hit a fade or draw without changing your swing ?

Blow who's mind? why pretend like this is something you came up with?
If you do this, make sure you tee the ball high
My head has exploded. How can I play golf now?
I do that but my balls still goes to the right 60% of the time 😂😂
If you dont swing it correctly none of that means anything

Closed club face= slice. This guy 👎🏼👎🏼
Put it forward and watch it slice away 😅
This was supposed to blow my mind? One of the most common knowledge tips I ever seen
what a beautiful driving range. i would go there every day.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Hooking. I am the president of this world. You'll hate it
Often the cause of a right miss is the swing path, and this will just make it worse
Thought we all knew this
