  1. Its the 1hr before bed.. trying to find new habits… clean the house, read a book, listen to a book.. I usually like to relax, then go to bed.. what do other people suggest for this time period

  2. I think all of this is an excellent advice, but people like myself that have extremely fast metabolism. It’s not good for me to not eat three hours before I sleep because I’m going to wake up hyperglycemic.
