This is Day 2 for me, slept a full 7 hours, which I haven't had in days. This has worked for me so far, thank you dear sir 🙏❤️
I want to go back to the older generations time.
Its the 1hr before bed.. trying to find new habits… clean the house, read a book, listen to a book.. I usually like to relax, then go to bed.. what do other people suggest for this time period
I can drink coffee 2hrs before bed 😂😂😂😂, but sugar nope wires me awake

I drink coffee to go to sleep. Can’t imagine 8- 10 hours before bed no caffeine.

For 54 years old. He looks like 64. Lol
I think all of this is an excellent advice, but people like myself that have extremely fast metabolism. It’s not good for me to not eat three hours before I sleep because I’m going to wake up hyperglycemic.
This is why I’m creating different rooms and roofs for different activities.
