    3.practice german stare in mirror
    4.eat balkan breakfast
    5.use your noradrenaline
    6.always respect to other people(+1000000 aura)
    7.dress like a jonkler
    8.stand in a toliet

  2. So hit every muscle group once a week but abs. You will get in shape but not as fast as u could if u trained push, pull, rest, push, pull then rest on the weekends and just hit legs on push day it’s a push movement, run a couple miles a week for cardio. But hey what do i know

  3. As a Girl, I’ve been training in the winter for about 3 years now. I see improvement since those 3 years, and now the winter arc is starting again. Hopefully by the end of this I see more improvement.
