Peter didn´t understand the question
Muslims are the protectors of Jesus' legacy. European Christianity betrayed Jesus' ideals long ago.
Wut
I was rejected by a life insurance co. due to my ldl being too low. can you make a video on how to bring it up to normal?
It's very simple folks..
Some people are predisposed to having high cholesterol and should therefore avoid cholesterol-raising foods.
Other people are not predisposed to having high cholesterol, and are less ikely to be affected by cholesterol -raising foods, so therefore it is usually safer for them to eat.
There you go guys. Cholesterol safety explained in less than 10 seconds with zero fluff. You're welcome.
Thanks
Dr
Could you pls explain
How lipase is related to glioblastima
I read that it is raised to help glioblastima metabolise LDL
My mom has glioblastima and her lipase has increas to 130, while normal range is 60.
What to eat ? Is it OK to use olive oil ? And nuts ?
Her LDL reading also lowered from
1.7 to 1.3 despite we decreased he lipitor from 80 to 20 gradually
PLS note that she has
CKD
And after glioblastima diagnosis
I am limiting meat for her
Kind regards
When I eat cheese my cholesterol goes up. Cheese is very high in saturated fats and when I did my blood work I’m borderline cholesterol. When I reduce cheese my numbers go down a little but I’m still borderline cholesterol I would like somebody to explain this to me
Confusing 😮😮
attia is awful at answering questions
didnt get an answer to the question attia…
I just got put on statins due to high LDL.. I don't want to take it. It's Lipitor.. I want to try to go keto for about 2 months and retake my blood work.. what do y'all think?. My doctor says don't worry about eating eggs. Eggs are a superfood and have tons of nutritional benefits.. He wasn't excited about me eating red meat so often.. he did say fasting is the way to lower LDL.. I had an MRI taken and it showed moderate signs of premature microvascular ischemic disease ( stroke) 🫤 I've been hearing different takes on LDL.. I'm so confused!! Everything in me tells me to eat a ketogenic diet… I am a sugar lover. I love ice cream.. so I'm definitely cutting that out. I think that alone will drastically lower my LDL.. I'm somewhat sedentary, As I work from home on a computer all day.. I'm boosting that up as well..
this info is for regular people? coz its full with medical terms
Amazing that a guy who never really finished residency along with a guy who isn't a doctor could advise and influence so many people to make the wrong decision. You both have mastered the concept of confirmation bias and are smart enough to use the big words to fool people. I dare you to say this in front of a room of cardiologists.
So what’s an example of dietary cholesterol?
This is wrong, he's ignoring familial hypercholesterolemia where the liver fails to regulate cholesterol and remove it from the blood and dietary cholesterol can have significant impact on ldl levels (0.4% of pop).
But still 30% of the pop are classed as hyperresponders whereby dietary cholesterol has sig increase in ldl
Heres what Attila should have said…
Q: "Is high cholesterol bad for you?"
A: no
Q: "Is saturated fat bad for you?"
A: no, it's good for you.
Q: "Dietary cholesterol?"
A: no problem there, it comes out in yer poo.
Ldl and hdl are stoneage parameters, watch " FIRST DO NO PHARM" for the real lowdown on the cholesterol myth.
Saturated fat is actually short chain fatty acid
Provided 0 information. Just words with no meaning
useless
So how to increase cholesterol. What food do we eat?
3:53 Attia is incorrect again- we don’t need bile salts to digest our food, we use bile to digest fats. Enzymes and stomach acid can digest carbohydrates
Eating cholesterol doesn’t matter but eating saturated fat raises your LDL cholesterol and yes high LDL cholesterol is what gives you heart disease.
Anscel Keys was no different than the criminal Anthony Foochi.
Ok , can you run that by me again.
He promised not to be too nerdy but he did
The state loves low cholesterol subjects, because they lose the cognitive ability to think for themselves and question authority. The brain represents 25% of all the cholesterol in the human body! It’s the primary defense against dementia and Alzheimer’s. Eat animal foods and egg yolks especially
where's the muscle lol
This video explains cholesterol and saturated fat, differentiating between the two and discussing their impact on the human body. Here are some of the key topics covered:
* Understanding Cholesterol [00:40]: Cholesterol is a complex molecule vital for cell membranes and hormone production.
* Dietary Cholesterol Absorption [02:18]: The body's regulatory mechanisms limit the absorption of dietary cholesterol. Only a small fraction is absorbed.
* Dietary Cholesterol vs. Serum Cholesterol [05:02]: Dietary cholesterol has little impact on serum cholesterol levels.
* Saturated Fat and LDL Cholesterol [05:32]: Saturated fat, unlike cholesterol, can raise LDL cholesterol levels.
Would you like to explore any of these topics in more detail?
Chemically, cholersterol is an alcohol
If you CAN'T lower your BAD cholesterol naturally then Take NEXLIZET like I do. You should also ask for HSCRP blood test and LIPO Protein A test. YOU CAN HAVE NORMAL CHOLESTEROL but HIGH HSCRP and have a Heart Attack or Stoke. Here is my previous post > PLEASE research NEXLIZET A STATIN ALTERNATIVE > The only cholesterol-lowering medication I truly believe in is Bempedoic Acid—available as NEXLETOL (Bempedoic Acid alone) and NEXLIZET (Bempedoic Acid combined with Ezetimibe). These medications are backed by a 14,000-patient study led by Dr. Steven Nissen from the Cleveland Clinic (STUDY showed reduced risk of death by 39%) . Unlike statins, NEXLETOL and NEXLIZET do not cause muscle pain or insulin resistance. What makes Bempedoic Acid even more compelling is its ability to reduce high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)—a marker of inflammation linked directly to heart attack and stroke risk. This is a unique benefit not seen with other statin alternatives. Personally, I take NEXLIZET, and it lowered my LDL-C by 45% with zero side effects. When I was on statins, I experienced fatigue, muscle pain, weight gain, brain fog, and elevated A1C levels. Since switching, my A1C is back to normal, and I feel significantly better. Importantly, as of early 2024, the FDA updated the label for both NEXLETOL and NEXLIZET—officially recognizing them as the only FDA-approved statin alternatives for primary prevention of cardiovascular disease.
It's a skill to take complex subjects and break them down into tiers of descending complexity. I believe more of that breaking-down would be helpful here to reach more people.
I have total 827, ldl 856, hdl 50, no hdl 777, triglycerides 119, homocysteine 9.84, crp 1.020. On carnivore diet for about half a year, before that a few years of keto low carb. 190 cm tall, about 95 kg weight, a lot of muscle, regular physical activity, gym, triathlon. Is there reason to worry?
This explained nothing
cholesterol is saturated fat, he just said cholesterol does not raise your cholesterol but saturated fat does. Your body in digestion breaks this apart to absorb it and when it does it is saturated😂
