No Co2 does not deliver O2 to your cells. Red blood cells carry O2 to your cells. CO2 is the biproduct or "exhaust" if you will, of your cells making ATP (energy) by using oxygen. The more work you do the more your muscles and cells demand oxygen to keep up. Having more CO2 will make your PH levels acidic. Not having enough CO2 (like when hyperventilating) will make you alkiline and youll become lightheaded, have carpalpedal spasms, and even blackout.
That's not how diverse do it they super saturated air in their lungs many breaths. It helps them stay longer under water 💦 ..fact check that sugarbuns 💞
Also, nose breathing brings nitric oxide, a vasodialator, in with each breath, which increases blood flow to your cells.
Someone who is out of shape going up the stairs is breathing heavy because theyre body is demanding more oxygen because its working harder.
What makes your cells oxygenated is profusion. Gas exchange in the alveoli. O2 in co2 out.

thanks you share knowlege
Oxygen gets into the cell passively
You messed up cause and effect and switched places, not correct
I’m sorry but you not exactly correct. CO2 needed for brain to initiate inhalation, has nothing to do with influence on oxygen
Breathing accesses dopamine
Wow !! What a gorgeous and stunning woman with her fitness and her beauty and intelligence !!
Una meraviglia, non solo per il fisico… ma stupenda pure in volto…
Excellent Teaching 👍🙏
This is part of the reason why nose breathing is better, since you retain co2 and are never capable to "fully" inhale and saturate oxygen supply.
